This two-day training delves into the ever-evolving world of cybercrime and cybersecurity. Participants will gain practical insights into how cyber threats develop and how they can be identified. The training covers essential cybersecurity management concepts, legal frameworks, and organizational responsibilities. Through real-world examples, attendees will learn effective methods for securing their businesses and protecting against cyberattacks, ensuring continuity and compliance.

Day 1:

Day 2:
  •  Managing cyber incidents and the importance of incident reporting.
  •  Handling crises caused by cyberattacks and the role of responsible disclosure.
  •  Overview of institutions responsible for cybersecurity and examples of sanctions.
  •  Practical phishing exercises and risk assessment simulations.
